The fault analysis of the synchronous wheel
Motor overheating is a common problem of synchronous wheel during movement. The treatment methods are as follows:
1. The specific gravity of the medium is greater than that of the synchronous wheel. The motor is configured as follows:
Suitable synchronous wheel shall be equipped.
2. (synchronous wheel)The packing gland is pressed too tightly or the mechanical seal spring is adjusted too tightly:
The spring compression of gland or mechanical seal can be adjusted.
3. (synchronous wheel)The assembly quality of the pump is poor, there is friction, or the motor and pump shaft are not concentric:
Check the assembly quality and remove the assembly fault.
4. Connection between wheel and shaft:
When the gear or pulley is connected with the shaft, the transmission clearance shall also be removed.
